REACHERA AI SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
1. Services
ReachEra AI provides software and automation services, including but not limited to AI Calling Agents, WhatsApp Automation, Lead Management, CRM Integrations, Workflow Automations, Dashboard Access, Reporting Tools, and other services made available through the ReachEra AI platform.
2. Platform Access and Support
ReachEra AI will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of services that are directly owned and operated by ReachEra AI.
Technical support provided by ReachEra AI is limited solely to issues relating to:
- ReachEra AI website functionality
- ReachEra AI dashboard access
- User login and account access issues
- AI Calling Agent configuration within ReachEra AI
- WhatsApp Automation configuration within ReachEra AI
- Workflow troubleshooting within ReachEra AI
- Platform bug fixes
- Service activation assistance
- Platform performance troubleshooting
- General platform usage assistance
Support services do not include custom development work unless separately agreed in writing.
3. External Services and Integrations
Certain features of ReachEra AI may rely upon external platforms, software, integrations, communication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, cloud providers, CRM systems, messaging platforms, or other third-party services.
The Client acknowledges that ReachEra AI does not own, operate, control, or manage such third-party services.
1 phone number integration with whatsapp agent per user account, more than 1 phone number is not allowed yet
While ReachEra AI may assist the Client in identifying issues involving external platforms, ReachEra AI is not responsible for:
- Third-party software failures
- Platform outages
- Service interruptions
- Account suspensions
- Account bans
- Policy changes
- API limitations
- Message delivery failures
- Call delivery failures
- Data loss caused by third parties
- Pricing changes imposed by third parties
- Technical issues originating outside the ReachEra AI platform
The responsibility for such issues remains solely with the respective third-party provider.
4. Payment Assistance
ReachEra AI provides assistance regarding payment-related issues occurring through its official payment channels.
If a payment has been deducted from the Client’s account but is not properly reflected within the ReachEra AI system due to a technical issue, ReachEra AI will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter.
For verification purposes, the Client may be required to provide:
- Payment receipt
- Transaction ID
- UPI reference number
- Bank statement
- Any other supporting payment documentation
ReachEra AI shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI systems, card networks, or other financial institutions.
5. Free Trial and Payments
ReachEra AI may provide a free trial period allowing prospective clients to evaluate the platform and its features.
By purchasing any paid plan or service after the free trial period, the Client confirms that they have independently evaluated the platform and determined that it meets their requirements.
The Client acknowledges that payment is made voluntarily after having sufficient opportunity to test and review the services.
6. Payment Policy
All payments made to ReachEra AI are final. No refund (neither partial nor single) shall be provided under any mandatory laws. Any decision to process a refund is solely at the company's discretion and option, based on its own view and evaluation, and does not establish any binding obligation or precedent.
For all billing purposes, the conversion rate is currently set at 1 USD = 88 INR. This rate is not fixed and may increase or decrease in the future. In the event of any changes, you will be notified directly within the platform.
For voice credit ,the unused amount should be expire after 60 days of purchase.
7. Use of Services
The Client agrees to use ReachEra AI services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies.
The Client shall be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information provided to ReachEra AI and for obtaining any permissions, approvals, or consents required for communications conducted through the platform.
8. Business Results
The Client understands that business outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the control of ReachEra AI.
ReachEra AI does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Leads
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- Appointment bookings
- Customer acquisition
- Marketing performance
- Business growth
Any examples, case studies, demonstrations, or projections provided by ReachEra AI are for informational purposes only and shall not be considered guarantees of future performance.
9. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, business, operational, technical, or financial information shared during the course of the engagement.
Neither Party shall disclose such information to any third party except where required by law.
10. Ownership
All software, systems, automations, dashboards, designs, documentation, branding, workflows, and intellectual property developed or provided by ReachEra AI shall remain the exclusive property of ReachEra AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client receives only a limited right to access and use the services during the active service period.
11. Termination
Either Party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice.
Termination shall not affect any outstanding payment obligations existing prior to termination.
ReachEra AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, misuse of services, violation of applicable laws, or violation of this Agreement.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
13. Acceptance
By signing this Agreement or by making payment for ReachEra AI services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms contained herein.
